Operating Authority
The University Consortium International, Ltd. is registered in the
Republic of Seychelles and authorized to do business worldwide.
The educational divisions of UCI are empowered to offer Bachelors,
Masters and Doctoral degrees by distance education modalities as
private, independent educational institutions. Additional
operating authority for the four schools derives from a Royal Charter
from Kuwait. The member schools of UCI also hold a Parliamentary
Charter from the International States Parliament for Safety and Peace.
This charter is valid in all countries that recognize the Parliament.
Degree Programs
UCI degree programs are customized to the individual’s needs and
wants, within the high standards set by the founders. There are
no course lists or syllabi; the field of study is worked out between
the school and the candidate and usually relates to the candidate’s
primary area of prior experiential learning or study.
UCI schools offer several options for earning your degree and all
schools observe UCI standards and practices. For details, please read

The four component schools of UCI offer degrees in virtually all
fields with exception of allopathic medicine and law. See the
respective school links for specialties of each institution.
Apostille
You may contact the exclusive, official Apostille
provider to UCI should you require this enhancement of your degree at
a special price or, the University will do it for you for an
additional fee.
